Shipping Your Order


Once we receive your order, our team will carefully pick and pack it, ready for the courier to collect. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within one working day.

Once your order is collected, you’ll receive a tracking email from GoSweetSpot so you can monitor the status of your delivery. Please keep this email handy, as you will need it if you need to follow up with the courier’s customer service team.

If your order has already been shipped and you need to change the delivery address, you’ll need to contact the couriers directly, as we are unable to alter delivery details once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery Target Times (after dispatch):

South Island: 2 working days

North Island: 2–3 working days

Rural Deliveries: Allow an additional 2–3 days


Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, and occasionally delivery times may be affected by service disruptions such as demand surges, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. You can check the courier’s delivery network status for updates.

At present, we only ship to New Zealand addresses.

Adding to or Changing Your Order


As long as your order has not been packed or dispatched, we are happy to assist with any changes or additions. Simply contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.

We ensure our product descriptions are as accurate as possible. If a product is demonstrably not as described on our website or is faulty, we will accept the return and provide a refund without hesitation.

It’s important to ensure the product you purchase is suitable for your intended purpose, as we are not obligated to provide refunds for a change of mind. However, we will do our best to find an amicable solution and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund.

When receiving your order, please check all parcels carefully. By signing for a consignment, you are confirming the goods were received in their current condition.
